STAND INFORMATION
Exhibitors at Music & Drama Education Expo will either have a Shell Scheme stand, a Pod or a Space Only exhibition stand. Please check your signed contract to confirm which stand type you have and then refer to the below information for full details of what is included as part of your package.

SHELL SCHEME STANDS:
These are stands that are pre-built out of Octonorm Shell Scheme Panels. ALL shell scheme stands will include the following as part of the standard package:
-Shell scheme panel walls (please check your contract for confirmation of the size of your stand)
-Ceiling support beams
-Carpet
-Fascia Nameboard with your company name and stand number

*Please note that your actual stand size may differ from the size shown in the graphic. Please refer to your contract for confirmation of your stand size.

If you would like to include anything else on your stand, such as furniture, electricity, lighting, panel branding etc you can order items via the Shell Scheme Forms tab in the manual.

Please note that if you are planning to affix anything to the panel walls of your stand there are strict guidelines that must be adhered to and which can be reviewed here.

PODS:
These are pre-built, stand alone counters. ALL pods will include the following as part of the standard package:
-Carpet
-Fascia Nameboard with your company name and stand number
-high stool

If you would like to include anything else on your stand, such as furniture, electricity, lighting, panel branding etc you can order items via the Pod Forms tab in the manual.

SPACE ONLY STANDS:
Exhibitors who have confirmed a space only stand will just have the physical space inside the exhibition hall included in their package (Please refer to your contract for the confirmed space size) and will need to arrange for their stand to be built via a stand contractor.

Space only exhibitors should ensure their stand contractor has a copy of this exhibitor manual as it contains full information about build and breakdown regulations, which contractors will need as well as order forms for items such as electricity, lighting, flooring etc, which will need to be arranged.
​
In order to be permitted to exhibit, space only stand holders will need to submit full stand plans, risk assessments and H&S documentation for approval. Full information about what documentation is required can be found under the Space Only Forms tab in the manual.
