The organisers are unable to accept deliveries on behalf of exhibitors.
Any courier deliveries made are not guaranteed to be delivered to the correct location.
Please note deliveries cannot be made before build-up on Wednesday 11th February 2026.​

All exhibitors must ensure that a representative of their company is on-site to receive and sign for deliveries.

If an exhibitor is unable to be onsite to receive deliveries the official lifting/freight forwarding company will take receipt of the goods & deliver them to your stand for a charge.

All exhibitors and contractors who want to unload or load a vehicle on site during build up or breakdown, must book a time slot using the below spreadsheet:

Please assist other exhibitors by ensuring that your delivery vehicles are unloaded quickly and removed immediately. Please also ask your staff to always co-operate with the marshals.​
