To secure an unloading slot in either the venue forecourt* or the loading bay** please complete the below 'Loading & Unloading Schedule' with your timing preference and return it to:

Please note that slots are booked on a first come, first served basis

*The venue forecourt is located at the front of the BDC and is recommended for when unloading small items that can be hand-carried into the venue
**The loading bay is located directly under the exhibition hall inside the venue and is recommended for when unloading large items that may require a trolley or pump-truck
​
