EXHIBITOR MANUAL

We are delighted to welcome you as an Exhibitor at the Music & Drama Education Expo 2026!

This exhibitor manual is designed to help you plan a successful exhibition, avoid any logistical issues and enjoy a smooth, trouble-free run-up to the event.

Please ensure you read this manual fully, in particular the COMPULSORY FORMS section, which outlines the forms that you are required to complete and send back to us in order to be permitted to exhibit. This section also includes links to additional, non-compulsory forms for you to order optional extras for your stand.

The Event Timings section contains the event timings including build up, breakdown and the event opening hours.

The Event Information section contains details about what is included as part of your exhibition stand package.

The Travel & Access section contains details about how to get to the venue and how to book Loading Bay slots during the event build and breakdown.

The Health & Safety section contains important information about the H&S procedures at the venue. We kindly ask that all exhibitors review this information and abide by any requirements applicable to them and their stand.

Please note that this manual is not designed to replace the personalised service we are proud to offer. Therefore, if you have any questions, require special assistance or would like clarification about any aspect of the event , please do not hesitate to contact us at: operationsteam@markallengroup.com

Have a great exhibition!

Warning - Beware

Organisations such as Event Fair, FairGuide.com/Construct Data Verlag, Expo Guide, International Fairs Directory and others are targeting exhibitors with their misleading directory services. Unsuspecting exhibitors who sign and return the form are then contracted into a three-year, non-retractable agreement, which could cost the exhibitor a significant amount of money.

We do not share any data with such organisations, so any offers to sell data for our event should be viewed suspiciously and treated with caution.
