Friday 13th February 2026 - 17:00 - 20:00 - Break Down

It is a contractual requirement that your stand is not dismantled in any way and that your stand is manned and stocked until the show closes.

Contractors will only be granted access into the hall once it is cleared of all visitors.
All staff working on the stand during the open period are requested to comply with the above timings.
Please note that the official show contractors will begin dismantling shell scheme stands as soon as they are clear of display material, and it is deemed safe to do so.
Any items left on shell scheme stands un-attended in the halls after 18:00 on Friday 13th February may be removed to allow the stands to be broken down.

For reasons of security, all exhibitors are advised to remove all portable and valuable items from their stand as soon as possible during breakdown and not to leave their stand unattended until all such items are clear.
It is your responsibility to remove ALL stand fitting materials, carpet tape, packaging, excess literature, and waste from the hall.
Please note that any items left un-attended in the halls after 20:00 on Friday 13th February could be deemed as rubbish and thrown away and exhibitors/contractors responsible for the waste removal will be charged accordingly.
